Management of food technology and gastronomy workshops as part of Tempus project „Modernization and Harmonization of Tourism study programmes in Serbia“
„Molecular gastronomy“, 18.11.2015.
Workshop “Molecular gastronomy” was realized at Higher Business School of Professional Studies in Leskovac, on 18th November, 2015. Management of food technology and gastronomy students had the opportunity to actively participate in the preparation of modern dishes such as Leskovac sushi with red cabbage and sprža on ajvar base or chocolate fantasy dessert. This workshop is one of the above mentioned study program’s activity (Management of food technology and gastronomy study program – accredited in the framework of Tempus project „Modernization and Harmonization of Tourism study programmes in Serbia“).
